The Smart Work philosophy enables us to define roles that can be done as effective and efficient remotely as to being done in office. This program enables our employee to be more effective and efficient in achieving their objectives through greater flexibility
on how they work; as well as facilitating increased productivity, enjoyment and ultimately enable them to balance their everyday lives
Family and Caregiver Support
Global Parental Leave
Our parent company has established global parental leave policy and principle, which provide primary caregivers (mother or father) a minimum of 18 weeks of fully paid parental leave and a secondary caregiver (mother or father) a minimum of eight weeks fully paid parental leave.
Within this global policy and principle, we use the more inclusive term ‘caregiver’ to remove gender bias in the responsibility of caring for newborn children.
