We are serious about our efforts to ensure that the lowest-paid people in our organization are able to maintain a fair standard of living and that none of our employees gets paid below the living wage rate. We assess pay rates globally, conducting surveys
since 2016.
PMI has a long history of diligence in recognizing employee rights and fostering solid and collaborative labor relations practices. We have 81 Collective Labor Agreements in 35 countries, covering approximately 65 percent of
our employees.
