That’s why we launched the Inclusive Future initiative, with the aim of finding solutions and delivering lasting change on inclusion.

Pioneering research was conducted by the Institute for Management Development (IMD) with the aim of identifying a way of measuring inclusion. This was achieved by using a broad range of both qualitative and quantitative approaches and practices that organizations can implement to drive change.
